Generation and purchase questions

Include the account email, task ID or order reference if available, a short description of the issue, and when it occurred. Do not send passwords, API keys, full payment-card details or private photos in your initial message.

A failed generation and a completed video with visual flaws are different outcomes. Review the product guide and current pricing before requesting another attempt.

Privacy, content and corrections

For a data request or content complaint, describe the affected content or account and the action you are requesting. For a factual correction, include the page URL and the passage that needs review. We may need additional information to identify the request.
